Managing your subscription

Where your subscription lives, using it on multiple devices, and how to cancel.

Where your subscription lives

Your Lazy Lighting subscription is billed by the app store you bought it from — Apple for iPhone and iPad, Google Play for Android. It's tied to your store account, not to the app itself, so deleting and reinstalling the app never loses your purchase.

Using it on multiple devices

Your subscription works on every device signed in with the same store account — so one subscription covers both your iPhone and iPad. If a device doesn't recognise your purchase, tap the icon in the top right of the app, then tap Restore Purchase.

Subscriptions don't transfer between platforms: a subscription purchased through Apple can't be used on Android, and vice versa.

Cancelling

Cancelling is done in the app store, not inside Lazy Lighting. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lazy Lighting → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

After cancelling, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
