How refunds work and how to request one from Apple or Google.
How refunds work
Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them too — Lazy Lighting can't issue refunds directly. The store reviews each request and decides whether to approve it.
Requesting a refund from Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase, find Lazy Lighting in your purchase history, and choose "Request a refund".

Open the Play Store, go to your order history, select the Lazy Lighting purchase, and choose "Request a refund". Recent purchases can also be refunded from play.google.com under Account → Order history.
